01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between Pelita888 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Member", "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services provided at https://pelita888.cam (the "Website").

Pelita888 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving members primarily in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. By creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Member" / "Player" / "User" — any natural person who has successfully registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Member, including associated wallet balance, transaction history, and personal details.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded by Pelita888 to a Member, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, encompassing identity verification, address confirmation, and source-of-funds assessment as required by Pelita888.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond Pelita888's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

03 Account Eligibility

Membership on Pelita888 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their membership:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Pelita888 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
2. You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual, corporation, or entity.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You have not previously had a Pelita888 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order through Pelita888 or any associated responsible gambling programme.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee of Pelita888 or its affiliated entities, unless explicit written consent has been granted by Pelita888 management.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

To become a Member of Pelita888, you must complete the online registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with associated balances subject to review.

Pelita888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad or passport (front and back)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e-wallet screenshot, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where deposit volumes warrant enhanced due diligence

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to Pelita888's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

You agree to notify Pelita888 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or residential address. Pelita888 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to update account details in a timely manner.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Pelita888 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to the Malaysian market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Member explicitly selects a cryptocurrency channel, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction is applied to the Member's account balance.

Key terms governing deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• Pelita888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may levy their own charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.
• Pelita888 reserves the right to request verification of the deposited funds' source for compliance purposes.

Key terms governing withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is completed and any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank accounts typically process within 1 to 2 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, which are outside Pelita888's control.
• Pelita888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at our discretion.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment instruments previously used for deposits on the same account, or to instruments verified as belonging to the account holder.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Pelita888 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions:

1. Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Specific multipliers (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) are stated in each promotion's terms.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round is as specified in the promotion (typically between MYR 25 and MYR 50). Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (10%–50%), or not at all, as specified per promotion.
4. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified at the point of offer (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting). Unused or unconverted bonuses are forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
5. Maximum Cash-Out: Bonus-derived winnings may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified per promotion, regardless of the actual amount won while the bonus is active.
6. One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each Member is eligible for each promotional offer once only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
7. Pelita888 Discretion: Pelita888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses issued in error may be reclaimed from Member balances.

07 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the Pelita888 Platform operate in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Members are encouraged to review game-specific rules before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Member's device and the result recorded on Pelita888's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final. Technical malfunctions do not entitle a Member to a payout where the outcome would not otherwise have generated one.

Pelita888 utilises Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently verified to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio partners and are subject to their respective certifications.

Pelita888 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed or settled as a result of a system error, incorrect pricing, or software malfunction. Affected Members will be notified and the original stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pelita888 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted decision tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms through systematic play patterns, arbitrage betting across promotions, or any other activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. Pelita888 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider after deposits have been wagered. Any outstanding chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of disputed funds.
• Impersonation: Creating an account under another person's identity or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Hacking / Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or the accounts of other Members.
• Offensive Conduct: Using live chat, support channels, or any Platform communication tool to harass, threaten, or abuse Pelita888 staff or other Members.

09 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Pelita888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Pelita888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from Pelita888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pelita888 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Pelita888's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pelita888 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance periods, server downtime, and third-party connectivity issues may temporarily affect Platform availability. Pelita888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by circumstances within or beyond our control.

Members access and use the Platform at their own risk. All games and betting markets are provided on an "as is" basis. Gambling involves risk; Members acknowledge that they may lose all funds wagered and that no outcome is guaranteed.

11 Privacy & Data

Pelita888 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes, without limitation, the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the personalisation of your gaming experience.

Pelita888 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and licensed third-party service providers strictly as required to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

12 Responsible Gambling

Pelita888 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never become a source of financial or personal hardship. In keeping with this commitment, Pelita888 provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Member's account at any time. Members wishing to close their account may do so by contacting Pelita888 support through the live chat facility or by email at [email protected].

Pelita888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or associated policies
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime

Upon legitimate account closure at the Member's request, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to KYC compliance.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Pelita888 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit balances where fraud or prohibited conduct is substantiated.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Pelita888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Where changes are material, Pelita888 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via on-site notification or registered email. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not agree with the updated Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Pelita888 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the applicable licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific wager, game result, or transaction, the Member must submit a formal complaint to Pelita888 support within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Pelita888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 10 business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body.
